Nir Zuk – Director
Founder of Palo Alto Networks (NYSE: PANW, M. Cap. USD 123 billion). From 2004 to 2005, Mr. Zuk was Chief Security Technologist at Juniper Networks. From 2002 until its acquisition by Juniper Networks in 2004, he was Chief Technology Officer at NetScreen Technologies, Inc., a provider of internet security systems. In 1999, Mr. Zuk co-founded OneSecure, Inc., a provider of prevention and detection appliances, and was Chief Technical Officer until its acquisition by NetScreen in 2002.
Adv. Alon Shine – Director
Owner and CEO of the Shine Group, a global group comprised of financial and real estate companies, a Swiss wealth management company, a multinational family office, a law firm and various other businesses. Mr. Shine holds an LL.B and a BA in business administration, specializing in finance, both from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya), as well as a diploma in international trust taxation/law. Mr. Shine specializes in the field of multinational family asset protection, trust law and administration, estates and inheritance, international taxation and financial investments and is a member of the International STEP Organization.
Yuval Aloni – Group CEO, Director
The Group’s CEO since 2015. Previously, Mr. Aloni founded Innovi and has been its CEO since 2007 (acquired by SGD in 2015). A founding member of the Data Driven Thinking Center in Reichman University’s Media and Innovation Lab, Mr. Aloni holds a BA in business administration and an MBA in global entrepreneurship, both from Reichman University.
Alex Liverant – Group CTO, Director
The Group’s CTO since 2015. Mr. Liverant is a technology expert with more than 25 years of experience building and managing large-scale information systems. Mr. Liverant co-founded and developed technologies in global tech companies like DoubleVerify (NYSE: DV, M. Cap. USD 3 billion) and Shopping.com (acquired by eBay in 2005) Mr. Liverant holds a BSc in computer engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology.
Leadership
Nadine Baudot-Trajtenberg, Ph.d. – Head of Strategy & Regulatory Development
Acting and Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Israel between 2014 and 2019, where she was a member of the Monetary Policy Committee which sets monetary policy in Israel as well as manages the Bank’s large foreign exchange reserves.
She was a faculty member of the School of Economics at Reichmann University, and held various board positions, including that of Chairperson of the Board at Bank Leumi Luxembourg, and Head of the Investment Committee of the largest pension fund in Israel.
Mrs. Baudot-Trajtenberg has over 20 years of experience in the banking sector and has been a dominant voice in the financial community on matters pertaining to international and domestic finance and banking, as well as economic development in Israel and abroad.
Ayelet Melamed Gordon – VP Operations
Ms. Melamed Gordon is an experienced strategic and operational leader with a background in scaling and leading business operations across technology, fintech, and government sectors. Prior to joining eOS, she served as Head of Business Operations at Augury, where she led corporate planning, execution frameworks, and company-wide transformation programs including GenAI. Before that, she held senior roles at Pagaya and Wix.com, overseeing global initiatives in business operations, strategy, and growth. Earlier in her career, Ms. Melamed Gordon held strategic and operational roles at the Israeli Prime Minister’s Office.
Yaniv Shlomi – VP R&D
Mr. Shlomi was formerly Head of the Financial Markets Applications Department and Digital Delivery Manager at Bank Hapoalim. Prior to that, Mr. Shlomi was Director of Digital Development, Channels and Innovation and Head of the Customer Data Warehouse Development Team at Menora Mivtachim Group. Mr. Shlomi holds a BSc in industrial engineering and management, majoring in information systems, from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
Yael Shainberg Vaknin – Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)
Mrs. Shainberg Vaknin is a Certified CISO and CISM. Experienced Security leader with a proven track record of building security capabilities and strategies from scratch to support business objectives. In her work she supports achieving business goals while managing cyber security risks and maintaining them within the organization’s risk appetite. Announced one of the “Top 10 CISO’s in the Israeli tech scene”. Mrs. Shainberg Vaknin holds an MBA degree and BA in Economics from the Bar Ilan University.
Arie Keren, Ph.d. – System Architect
Arie Keren is a system architect, developer and data scientist with over 25 years of experience. Mr. Keren was formerly the Chief Architect at DoubleVerify and, prior to that, served in the Israeli Air Force Development Unit. Mr. Keren holds a Ph.D. in computer science from the Hebrew University, an MSc in computer science from Tel-Aviv University and a BSc in computer engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology.
Shir Raanan – Chief Product Officer (CPO)
Ms. Raanan was formerly Head of Product (App Market) at Wix.com. Ms. Raanan holds a BA in business administration and marketing, majoring in entrepreneurship (Zell Entrepreneurship Program) from Reichman University.
