How does eOS protect customer data?
We use industry-standard security controls to safeguard data, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Access to customer data is strictly limited to authorized personnel based on approved just-in-time (JIT) access and business need.


Are you SOC 2 certified?
Yes. eOS has achieved SOC 2 Type II certification, demonstrating that our systems are designed with security, availability, and confidentiality in mind.


Where is customer data stored?
Customer data is hosted on secured data centers provided by leading cloud providers. Global data residency options are available as part of setup.


Do you use customer data for anything beyond providing the service?
No. Customer data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing or advertising. We use customer data only to provide and improve our services.


How do you handle vulnerabilities or incidents?
We maintain a dedicated security team and a formal incident response plan. In the event of a security incident, we notify affected customers promptly and transparently.
